All shipments should be processed and shipped in one to seven days from the date on which the order is received. If shipping method is by U.S. Postal Service you can expect to receive it within three days from shipping date within the United States. Shipment to overseas will take from five to ten days. Shipments via United Parcel Service (UPS) take from one to seven days from the shipping date. Tracking information is available upon request for all UPS shipments. For U.S. Postal shipments tracking is available for Express shipments only.

If you receive any shipment that is in error or that in any way diverges from what you have ordered, we will send you the correct order immediately and we will provide you with the postage to return the previous shipment.
